"जलाली" की गली से गुज़रते नौनिहालों को देखकर खुद का प्रतिबिंब नज़र आता है। यूँ "जलाली" mai बचपन की अठखेलियाँ सोचकर ह्रदय प्रफुल्लित सा हो जाता है। इस माटी के साथ जुड़े है मेरे अपने मन के भाव जब देखती हूँ किलकारियों का सैलाब तो उत्साह से मन चीत्कार जाता है। पंडितजी बाबा की कचौड़ियो का स्वाद याद आता है बचपन की भूल मै भीड़ मै पैसा न देना सोचकर मन खिलखिला जाता है, जानबूझ भीड़ मै ठेले पर जाते थे पंडितजी बाबा पैसे लेना भूल जाते थे। के डी शर्मा की यादें तो रग रग मै भरी हैं, हर क्लास की सारी बाते ज़हन मै उमड़ पड़ी है। "बड़े सर" के नाम से ही भीगी बिल्ली बन जाते थे, जिस दिन "बड़े सर" नही आते थे उस दिन तो मौज उड़ाते थे। यूं तो मै most naughtiest girl जानी जाती थी, खुदा की रहमत से हमेशा अव्वल आती थी मेरी हो जाती थी सारी गलतियाँ माफ़ फिर से शराफत का पत्ता साफ़। "जलाली" की गलियों में आज भी वही पुरानी मिठास है जो ना किसी मॉल न किसी ताज में हैं। गुम हो गये हैं ज़िन्दगी की दौड़ मै दोस्त सारे अपनी जिम्मेदारियों में फसें है सारे के सारे। कुछ भी हो अपने आंगन की बात
